Fraction Creations and Measurement Charting

Alright here are a couple of posts to start this all off.  We are finishing a unit on fractions this next week and then heading into measurement.
The two pages below are for recording measurement estimations and then the actual measurement given what non-unit object you are using.  For us it will be paper clips.
The small ten frames are for self-created fraction cards.  The students will cut the ten frame into whatever denominator they would like and then color the number of cubes for their numerator.  Then on the back of the cards students will be responsible for recording the written fraction for an assessment piece.  After completing this activity, the students could then walk around the room and quiz each other either asking them what the written fraction should look like, how many squares there are on the ten frame, or how many squares should be colored in based on the written fraction.
